Aubrey received her bachelor’s degree in video journalism, environmental studies and social and economic justice from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has taken classes towards her master’s degree at UNC-Chapel Hill in graphic design and interactive media, with a focus on animation and moving graphics. Currently, she is working as a video fellow for WIRED.
Previously she has worked as a video editing intern at the National Geographic Society, NOVA PBS, the World Wildlife Fund and UNC-Chapel Hill.
Aubrey’s work has been recognized by HuffPost, SXSW and the College Photographer of the Year Awards.
Aubrey has a passion for stories about how people interact with science and the environment. She believes in the power of storytelling to change the world.
